Property Description:

The luxurious Resort Arcen Holiday Park has something for everyone. The park nestles amidst woods and fields on the River Maas in beautiful North Limburg. The gently rolling landscape is highly picturesque. It is perfect for enjoying wonderful cycling and walking trips. Some parts of the park are car-free and very suitable for children. The central building is built in Roman style. It includes an indoor swimming pool, a sauna and a Turkish steam room. There is also a charming restaurant with a panoramic terrace. The park's outdoor swimming pool, fish pond, sandy beach, sports and gaming mean there's always something to do whatever the weather. You can enjoy excellent day trips in the area surrounding the resort. The town of Arcen, known as the Pearl on the Maas, is well worth a visit. The German town of Xanten is 30 kilometres away. Dusseldorf is 70 kilometres. They are both easy to reach and make excellent day trips.

The villas at Resort Arcen are spacious and available either fully detached or link-detached. They come in six different variants and can accommodate from 4 to 20 people. There are standard variants (4-person, NL-5944-24, a 6-person, NL-5944-25, an 8-person, NL-5944-26, 10-person, NL-5944-27 and 12-person, NL-5944-28). Then there are the extra-comfort variants, which come with additional amenities such as a flat screen TV, combination microwave and an extra TV in at least one of the bedrooms (4-person, NL-5944-29, 6-person, NL-5944-30, 8-person, NL-5944-31 and a 12-person, NL-5944-33). The deluxe variants boast a trendy interior and a sun shower or tanning bed in addition to what the extra-comfort variants offer (4-person, NL-5944-35 and a 6-person, NL-5944-36, and 10-person, NL-5944-37). The wellness variant (4-person, NL-5499-38, with a free golf cart for use during your whole stay) has a bathroom with a hot tub, an infrared sauna, a relaxation room, and a jacuzzi in the garden. Then there are the extra-comfort family villas (10-person, NL-5944-32 and 20-person, NL-5944-34), which have a gas fireplace and a deluxe open-plan kitchen. Plus, all bedrooms have a flat screen TV as well as their own ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet. Finally, there is the ultra-deluxe detached wellness swimming pool villa (8-person, NL-5944-39). This villa is the jewel in the crown of Resort Arcen and will be available starting in July 2013. The below-ground level contains a private covered swimming pool with jet stream, a combination sauna, sun showers and access to the garden with its sheltered seating nook and jacuzzi. All the bedrooms in this variant have a flat screen TV and their own ensuite bathroom. All variants offer a spacious garden complete with a terrace and garden furniture.

Specifics:
  • Various extra amenities are available at some accommodations for a fee of 15.00. They are not included in the standard booking. These are an infra-red sauna, a second parking place at the villa, a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and sun bed. You can also book a preference for a non-smoking accommodation or if you wish to bring a pet. Please arrange this through our Customer Contact Centre.
  • Reservations made by companies for their own employees are always by request. If the reservation is approved, the following rules will apply: max. 1 employee per bedroom, an extra cleaning cost will be billed every two weeks, and every two weeks there will be a charge for new bed linen.

Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however.
