This luxurious 11-bedroom holiday home is near the town centre in Malmedy and can accommodate 22 people. It has spacious bedrooms, a private swimming pool for enjoying a splash, and wellness equipment like a sauna for people of all ages, offering a perfectly relaxing vacation. Despite the indoor pool, a visit to the open-air swimming pool of Malmedy is highly recommended at only 500 m away. You can also go for long walks or take a cycling excursion up the High Fens, a cycling excursion along mapped routes, or enjoy a tasty meal on the market square in Malmedy. There is the F1 Francorchamps only 10 min away from the house and a bit farther is the lovely town of Spa with its thermal baths with a rejuvenating experience. Both restaurants and general supplies can be found only 5 km away. This holiday home also has free WiFi, fenced terrace and a private garden complete with furniture and barbecue for enjoying with some delicious food on the table. Parking for 6 is available on the premises.

For reasons of tranquillity, this house will not be rented to groups of young people under the age of 25. The organisation of student parties, bachelor parties and drinking parties in this house is forbidden.

Het huis was fantastisch, en was de reis erheen helemaal waard. We hebben ontzettend genoten van het zwembad, de sauna's en de andere geweldige faciliteiten. In de regio was ook meer te doen dan we van tevoren hadden verwacht. Al met al een top weekend!

Heel goede vriendelijke communicatie met Jade. Alles was prima in orde. De kinderen habben het heel fijn in het zwembad. Kamers prima in de keuken was alles voorzien. Voor onze grote groep was was deze locatie prima. Nog een dikke pluim voor Jade.👍

Wij zijn heel vriendelijk ontvangen. Alles was tiptop in orde. Het is een fantastisch huis met zeer veel mogelijkheden en heel veel te doen in de omgeving. Accommodatie is inderdaad wat verouderd, maar met dit warme weer was het net daardoor in de living nog lekker fris. Wij komen zeker volgend jaar naar hetzelfde huis terug!!!!!
