Description
Located in Falaën this holiday home has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 9 people with ease. Ideal for family with kids or groups this place has is right next to a river. Close to the ruins of the castle, the cottage will help you discover all the charms of a still preserved, wild natural environment. The house has two open fires: one in the pleasant lounge and the other in the dining room. You also get an unbroken view of Château de Montaigle which is located just to the rear. In the heart of the Molignée valley, the cottage is at the centre of numerous tourist (Maredsous and Maredret Abbeys, Falaën fortified farmhouse, Dinant, Annevoie gardens...
) and sporting activities (Dinant Aventure, Ravel 2 and 3, descent down the Lesse, mountain bike riding, boat hire with no need for a permit in Dinant...), as well as numerous activities involving nature: Walks. Motorway is 23 km from the house whereas the airport is 44km away.

Super mooi huisje. Prachtig gelegen. De wasmachine werkte niet en onmiddellijk kwam er iemand om deze te repareren. Het viel niet te maken en daarom kwam er vandaag, op zondag, al een nieuwe. Top service!!

Very nice house. Beautifully located. The washing machine did not work and immediately someone came to fix it. It was impossible to make and that is why a new one arrived today, on Sunday. Great service!!

We hebben alleen maar positieve dingen te zeggen. Een heel vriendelijke ontvangst en alles was kraaknet. De omgeving en het uitzicht zijn prachtig van ons krijgt het een dikke tien. Als we dan toch moeten muggenziften is er 1 ding die ontbreekt en dat zijn bierglazen maar anders is echt alles aanwezig. We hebben een superweekend achter de rug!

We have only positive things to say. A very friendly welcome and everything was immaculate. The surroundings and the view are beautiful. If we do have to nitpick, there is one thing that is missing and that is beer glasses, but otherwise everything is there. We have had a great weekend!

We zijn netjes ontvangen. Het huis is prachtig. Het is schitterend gelegen aan de voet van een ruïne die alleen in het weekend open is. Het is heerlijk groot. Schoon. De omgeving is super. Er is zo veel te doen. Railbike (fietsen op een oude spoorbaan), wandelen, mooie plaatsen zoals Dinant zijn een bezoek waard en heel cool kajakken op de Lesse. Dit huis en haar omgeving zijn echt een bezoek waard!

We have been received nicely. The house is beautiful. It is beautifully situated at the foot of a ruin that is only open on weekends. It is wonderfully large. Clean. The environment is super. There is so much to do. Rail bike (cycling on an old railroad track), hiking, beautiful places such as Dinant are worth a visit and very cool kayaking on the Lesse. This house and its surroundings are really worth a visit!
