Description

This comfortably furnished three-room holiday home is located in the small agricultural village of Gutow near Damshagen, just 8 km from the Baltic Sea beach in Boltenhagen in the beautiful Klützer Winkel. The comfortable holiday home can accommodate a maximum of 5 adults and 1 baby. Guests have access to 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 fully equipped kitchen. The garden with comfortable garden furniture and barbecue facilities offers a relaxing place outdoors. A swing and small toys are available for children. Your holiday accommodation is in a very quiet rural location and yet not far from the Baltic Sea. In the village there is a playground with swings and climbing frames. The wonderful Baltic Sea beach in Boltenhagen is only 8 km away.

In Damshagen, the Gothic brick church of St. Thomas with its baroque altar from 1844 is well worth seeing. Klütz is ideally centrally located and is an excellent starting point for exciting day trips: Klütz Butterfly Park 4 km, Bothmer Castle Klütz 3 km, Boltenhagen Baltic Sea resort with sandy beach, climbing forest and swimming pool 6 km, Hanseatic city of Wismar 20 km and Hanseatic city of Lübeck 30 km. Tolle Ferienwohnung. Alles da was man braucht und viel Privatsphäre. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr fahrbar. Die Vermieterin ist supe freundlich. Ihr Hund und die beiden Katzen sind jeden Tag ein Highlight, da sie sehr kinderlieb sind und immer zur Begrüßung kommen. Die Kinder können schön im Garten spielen und der Ausblick auf die Felder ist einfach traumhaft.
