These semi-detached houses are located in the second row, surrounded by sandy beaches and a Nature area in Marina Wendtorf on the Kiel Fjord. The houses have been modernized in the Built in Scandinavian style on two floors, wood-panelled walls and sloping ceilings create a bright and appealing atmosphere. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, underfloor heating and sauna. Both from the corridor and from the Bedrooms open onto the terrace. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where the kitchen/lounge area is located, from from which you have a wonderful view of the surroundings. Even more beautiful is the view from the loggia where you sit protected outdoors can. Use the binoculars to observe the shipping traffic.
The living room has, among other things, a flat screen TV with Blu-ray player and a bioethanol fireplace that provides cosy warmth on cool days.
The house also has a 6 sqm lockable annex in which bicycles, prams, water sports equipment or similar can be safely stored.
The house also has a parking space.
The house is equipped with high-speed WIFI access via fiber optics.
There is an activity centre in the complex. Here, the kids can slide and climb in an indoor play area, among other things. A black light mini golf course is also available for young and old. Admission is free for you as DanCenter guests.
The newly designed promenade invites you to stroll. Playgrounds are available there for our little guests.
