Description

This extraordinary beachside holiday home is perched on the hillside above the town of Viechtach, a climatic health resort in the middle of a green valley in the heart of the Bavarian Forest. An integrated waterfall in the living room and own terrace. After an eventful day in the Bavarian Forest, you can enjoy a restful night's sleep in one of the three sleeping areas. A double bed made of bamboo awaits you in the main sleeping area. You can reach the other separate sleeping areas via the suspension bridge on the top level. The in-house wellness area features a spacious sauna with lighting effects and a cosy adventure bathtub under a palm tree canopy with a window view. An absolute highlight is the free-hanging experience shower, which offers enough space for two people. The entire interior of the Samoa house is made of the finest materials, crafted with the highest level of craftsmanship and the finest wood technology.

There is also the option of enjoying an extensive massage and beauty programme in the separate massage studio directly on the premises. Outside the holiday home, the Bavarian Forest offers a wide range of leisure activities: Hiking, mountain biking, Nordic walking, climbing, canoeing, adventure rafting and much more. The region around Viechtach also offers numerous activities in winter, including several ski resorts within a radius of 30 km (for example the Arber), cross-country ski trails, ice skating, tobogganing and snowshoeing. Popular excursion destinations in the surrounding area include the Churpfalz Park (26 km), the Bayern Park (85 km), the western town of PullmanCity (65 km), the Große Arber mountain railway (30 km) and the three-river city of Passau (84 km). In short, experience a unique holiday experience with Caribbean flair in the heart of the Bavarian Forest.

Luxe en bijzonder vakantiehuis: sauna, ruime living en master bedroom met bad, aparte badkamer, volledig glazen douche die “zweeft” in de ruimte, split level indeling, goed uitgeruste keuken met vaatwasser, nog vier slaapplekken bereikbaar via een “loopbrug” dus geschikt voor een gezin met kinderen. Ontbijt service dus iedere ochtend verse croissants en broodjes. Ruime tuin met mooi uitzicht over de omgeving, rustig en goede zonligging. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaresse die het je graag naar de zin maakt. Mooie omgeving om te fietsen, motorrijden. De stad Praag is op haalbare afstand voor een leuke dag uit.

Wat een prachtig en sfeervol huis! Super schoon en aan alles is gedacht. Geweldig uitzicht ook. Vriendelijke eigenaresse. Geen maren? Ach, ietwat kleine keuken maar alles is aanwezig maar dat is ook het enige. Wat moet het hier in de zomer mooi zijn! Er is een boemeltje (Waldbahn) vanuit het dorp welke gratis is voor gasten en brengt je op veel plaatsen in de regio. 6 slaapplaatsen maar reken wel dat als je me stellen bent je weinig privacy hebt qua slapen….veel plezier!!
