This country-style apartment is located in Kröpelin, Baltic Sea. Having 3 bedrooms, the home is great for small families and groups. There is a spacious terrace where you can linger with your morning coffee and a shared garden with furniture where you can enjoy a wholesome breakfast and unwind after an active day outdoors. You can play golf at a golf club only 15 km away for some adrenaline rush and water babies can indulge in some bathing only 9 km away from the stay. You will find supermarkets only 2 km away, in case you want to purchase essentials and groceries and there are restaurants also 3 km away for enjoying local cuisines. The apartment has an open kitchen, which invites you to cook new recipes and hearty meals. The large lawn area with a playground is a paradise for energetic children. Besides this, the garden also has plenty of space for undisturbed reading, sunbathing and barbecues. At night, you can watch movies together on your TV. There is also adequate play equipment for kids to keep busy and entertained indoors and a table tennis table for adults to stay entertained even indoors. There is parking provided to keep your cars safe and scratch-free. The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated.

Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Empfang in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet, alles ist vorhanden und liebevoll, praktisch und stimmig eingerichtet. Nichts fehlt! PKW Stellplätze sind vorhanden und der große Garten lädt im Sommer zum Verweilen ein. Bedingt durch den Lagefaktor sind Kühlungsborn und Rerik sehr schnell zu erreichen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen hierher bestimmt einmal wieder!

Very friendly and uncomplicated reception in the apartment. The apartment is super furnished, everything is available and lovingly, practically and harmoniously furnished. Nothing is missing! Parking spaces are available and the large garden invites you to linger in the summer. Due to the location factor, Kühlungsborn and Rerik can be reached very quickly. All in all, highly recommended. We will definitely come back here again!
