Bij de aankomst was de verhuurder niet aanwezig maar deed iemand anders voor ons open. We misten hierdoor gedurende de rest van het verblijf ook de verhuurder als aanspreekpunt.
De accomodatie op de 2e verdieping was prima. Schoon, de bedden lagen comfortabel. Gelukkig hadden we wel onze eigen kussens mee. Qua inrichting is het gedateerd, maar ook kwestie van smaak. De ruimte blijft vrij koel. Het ruime balkon bood een prachtig uitzicht op de omgeving, de koeien in de wei en het kabbelende beekje ervoor. Heel rustgevend. Voor de kinderen was er leuk buitenspeelgoed, alhoewel ook wat gedateerd allemaal. Omgang met boerderijdieren bleek er niet echt te zijn, wel met hond en poes. Voor uitstapjes kun je prima wandelen vanaf de woning, maar verder is wel overal een auto voor nodig. De rust kan in die zin ook wat saai worden. In de omgeving is voldoende te doen voor jong en oud.
