This cottage in Teglgårdsparken is a good choice if you are looking for a spacious cottage with a nice atmosphere. The house is furnished with three good bedrooms and an open kitchen in connection with the living room. The house is continuously renovated and appears bright. There is a large terrace where the sun can be enjoyed or a good barbecue evening. The cottage is located on a plot of 1100 m2, part of which is fenced so the dog can run free. There is sandbox and swings. In the cottage area there is a large communal, outdoor swimming pool, which is open in the period May to September, there is also a really large and nice playground for both large and small. There is a fishing right to the nearby Gudenå (remember fishing license).
