CHANGE DAY FRIDAY - Close to the beach in a large screened dune pot with a unique view from the dune peaks, this house has a magnificent location adjacent to the large protected dune and heather areas. The cottage is bright and friendly decorated with practical tiled floors with underfloor heating throughout the lower floor, while the upper floor has a new carpet and furniture from 2016, so the first floor appears new and inviting. There are 2 high chairs and 2 cots. An angle kitchen adjoins the family room and dining area, while the living room is screened by the stairs to the 1st floor. where there is a small cozy corner with extra TV for the kids, a cozy reading nook, two bathrooms and 5 double rooms of the total of 7 bedrooms. From the living room and the large bathing area downstairs, there is direct access to the bathing area, where you can enjoy both sauna nature, spa fun for 6 people and a swim in the large swimming pool. From the kitchen-dining room there is direct access to the large terrace where the sun can be enjoyed all day. Lots of space for play and games and a hike in the surrounding dunes is a great experience in a class of its own.
