Description

Lovely newly built house from 2021. On a lovely natural plot, close to the beach and town and with a view of the golf course is this lovely house. There are several terraces around the house. The heart of the house is a nice large kitchen family room in connection with the living room. Here there is everything that needs to be in a kitchen, large dining table and cozy sofa corner. 3 double bedrooms. 2 good bathrooms, one with spa. In the hallway there is a washer and dryer.

Parking space for 2 cars. The house is energy friendly and has 3 layers of glass in the windows so there will be no noise from outside. Truly a gem that one will enjoy a stay in. NO YOUTH GROUPS. Free final cleaning.
