Description

Activity house located a few minutes walk from Denmark’s best sand beach and ca. 100 metres from a large water park and a bowling alley. The house has a layout suited both one or two families sharing. All bedrooms are very spacious and have good beds. One of the bathrooms have a sauna and a whirlpool. The kitchen-dining area has every modern appliances. The living room has a flat-screen TV where you can download free movies and music. No letting to youth groups.

There are several terraces surrounding the house where you can enjoy the sun and the unique nature. The area offers a large selection of restaurants and the largest miniature golf area in northern Europe.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

In einer Sackgasse gelegenes Haus in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Zustand des Hauses gepflegt, Zimmeraufteilung und Betten super, genauso die beiden Bäder. Kaputte Gegenstände (bereits von Vormietern in der Bewertung moniert) haben wir einfach und schnell über DanCenter austauschen lassen. Billard, Tischtennis und Dart wurden gern genutzt. Die Couch ist anscheinend schon mal ausgetauscht worden, leider aber extrem durchgesessen an einigen Stellen. Grundstück gepflegt, einfach angelegt - Rehe sind öfters zu Besuch gewesen. Grill ist auf den Fotos abgebildet, wird allerdings nicht in der Hausbeschreibung angegeben, somit auch nicht mit vermietet. Grillrost war keines da, so dass ein eigener kleiner Grill gekauft wurde. Küche eher einfach ausgestattet, alles was für die Basis benötigt wurde war da. Achtung: hier gibt es eine wöchentliche Wasserpauschale die abgerechnet wird. Egal mit wie vielen Personen man dort ist.
