The whole family can also go for a fun ride in the area, where there are stations and tasks of different different lengths and levels of difficulty to solve. There are also plenty of opportunities for hiking in the hilly nature. Close to the houses you'll find an 18-hole international golf course, 9-hole short course in Søhøjlandets Golf Club. Not far from the holiday area is the small cozy town of Gjern. In Gjern there are approx. 1800 inhabitants and the town offers various service and grocery stores.
