A row-house with 2 floors approx. 200 metres from the sea. The kitchen has stone floors with heating and an open connection to the living room. The living room has a sofa bed and stone floors, also with heating, and direct access to a closed garden/terrace. On 1st floor there is a living room with a view of the sea. The playground equipment outdoors is shared with the other units, but your have your own private terrace. No letting to youth groups..
