The summer house appears bright and inviting, and is practically furnished with a kitchen/living room/dining room. The living room offers, among other things, on free internet, comfortable furniture, radio and flat-screen TV with both German and Danish TV channels including TV-2 etc. The kitchen offers, among other things, ceramic hob, hood, separate oven with grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher. There are 4 bedrooms in the house. There is a high chair and weekend bed for the little ones. The house has several open terraces with good garden furniture and a gas grill, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the area. In addition, there is also a fire pit where the family can have fun roasting marshmallows, sausages and baking sno bread. From the house's driveway you have a sea view all the way down to the fjord. A house, suitable for several families, suitable for all seasons. Not for rent to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
