Description

A holiday cottage of quality materials on a plot with sand dunes, and with whirlpool and sauna in the bathroom. There are activities like PlayStation, billiards, table football, darts and table tennis in the activity room, together with a mini-fridge. The open kitchen has all the appliances you need, and is in direct connection with the dining section and living room. Energy saving heat pump and a wood-burning stove. Modern Scandinavian style with large windows and a great inflow of light. Enjoy the view of forest and heaths from the terraces. You have your own private sand dune on the plot, where you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the sea from a bench. There are hiking and bicycle trails nearby.

The house is handicap friendly due to the doors being 90 cm wide. The chosen materials make the house allergy friendly. There is Grander water cleaner. No letting to youth groups.
