On a corner plot only about 3 minutes walk from one of the area's most popular bathing beaches is this cottage. From the living room there is a sea view. The cottage is decorated with bright rooms and has peace and quiet with only a little car traffic past the windows. There is always the possibility of shelter on one of the terraces, which face east and west, respectively. Garden furniture on both sides of the house. For the youngest there is both a high chair and a bed as well as various puzzles and boards indoors. Outside there is a swing set with slide and a bowling alley. Not for rent to youth groups.
