The house was originally built in 1971 but was modernized in 2007, just as updates are made to the house on an ongoing basis. The house has a nice well-equipped kitchen, which is in open connection with a cozy living room with a really good wood stove, which can provide both warmth and coziness on the cool days. Furthermore you will find 3 bedrooms, one with double bed, one with single beds and the last room with 3/4 bed. From the living room there is access to a nice almost closed terrace, where you can enjoy a barbecue in the warm summer evenings. On the plot there is also plenty of space for the children to play ball, as well as play with a swing and sandbox. 2017 new bathroom with underfloor heating. Free final cleaning!.
