A really nice cottage for one or more families who put luxury first. YOUTH GROUPS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Energy saving house, geothermal heating is incl. in the price. Beautiful architect-designed thatched luxury house located on beautiful grounds - only 50 meters from Blåvand Beach. From the cottage there are views to both the sea and Blåvand Lighthouse. The cottage has a beautiful kitchen in open connection with the living room, from which there is access to a lovely large southwest facing terrace, from where you can enjoy the sunset over Blåvand Lighthouse. The cottage is kept in bright colors and is a 3-storey house in staggered plan, which gives the cottage a very special atmosphere.

Downstairs is furnished with activity room with table football and air hockey, sauna, bathroom and pool with integrated stairs, which makes it easy to get into the water. Furthermore, you will also find here the spa for 6 people. On the ground floor are 4 lovely bedrooms - all with closets and 2 lovely bathrooms. Via a good staircase there is access to 2 super nice rooms on the loft and games room on the 1st floor. Around the cottage you will find a sunken terrace that provides good shelter from the wind, a swing, a sandpit and a seesaw. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. Free final cleaning!
