Die Lage ist prima, dicht am Meer, schön geschützt in der Düne mit einem herrlichen Blick auf die Dünen, Das Wohnzimmer ist schön groß und sehr hell, Die Aufteilung der Räume ist gut, 2 schöne, nicht einsehbare Terrassen,

Besonders die Lage, die hochwertige, bequeme und sehr gepflegte Ausstattung und Möblierung, die Gemütlichkeit, Alles war wirklich gebrauchstauglich und angenehm, nicht wie in vielen anderen Ferienhäusern kaputt, alt und runtergewohnt, Auch die Ausrichtung des Hauses bietet sehr häufig Windschutz und Sonnengenuß, / Die Architektur der Mitte 60er Jahre mit dem spektakulären Granitboden ist schon etwas sehr Besonderes, Die Küche ist nahezu neuwertig mit besten Elektrogräten,
