The house is heated by an oil-fired boiler, which means that heating costs are considerably less than in homes that are heated by electric heating. The house is located close to the beach. The house includes a large pool room with an indoor swimming pool, 4-person whirlpool and separate bathroom. The spacious kitchen, which is in open plan with the living room, has a dishwasher, microwave oven and fridge/freezer.
