Holiday home located only approx. 200 m from the sea on a large common plot in scenic surroundings at Nr. Lyngby. From the living room, balcony and several of the rooms there is a nice view of the sea. The cottage is newly furnished in 2019 and contains on the ground floor living room / kitchen in open connection and with direct access to the terrace, a bedroom and bathroom with 2-person whirlpool and sauna. On the 1st floor there is an additional living room with access to a balcony, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. With the many large windows to the south / west, daylight is fully utilized. For cosiness and cheap heating there is a wood burning stove, and in the living room on the ground floor there is also an air / air heat pump.
