Description

Holiday home with its own access to the beach and a completely unique location with full and unobstructed views of the Little Belt. You will be able to see sailboats etc. sail out and into the harbor and all life on the water with 180 degree ocean views from north to south. The house is designed with the location in mind e.g. know that the entire wall against the water is made of glass and the door is a sliding door and when the large door is opened it feels as if the living room floor continues out onto the large terrace. Everything in the house is very tastefully decorated and in particular bright and with a Nordic style. The kitchen also gives you very good space for storage and to create a nice dinner.

The house has, in addition to the 2 bedrooms which are equipped with large closets with mirrors from floor to ceiling, also a large loft where e.g. the kids will love staying or using it as a sleeping area. The house is surrounded by lovely terraces, where you can enjoy morning, afternoon and evening coffee outside and all the time with the best view of the Little Belt. At the bottom of the garden, which is laid out like a natural garden, there is its own staircase to the beach, which has the most beautiful white sand and the bathing water is calm and very child-friendly. There is also a bathing jetty a few meters from the stairs. The stairs to the beach are really nice but for some a bit steep. The three canoes by the stairs are for the homeowners' own use. Not for rent to youth groups.
