This modern and bright holiday home is located on the edge of the small town of Hou, within walking distance of shopping facilities and some of the region’s best, child-friendly sandy beaches. With large windows that let in plenty of daylight and a contemporary design, the house offers a comfortable and stylish setting for a relaxing holiday. The interior features a cozy open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, ideal for family life. For heating, you can choose between a climate-friendly heat pump and a wood-burning stove, making the home enjoyable all year round. There is no TV package, but with the available WiFi, you can stream your own providers on the Smart TV. The large bathroom includes a spacious shower and a whirlpool tub, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The main house has two bedrooms, both furnished with double beds. Please note that the doors to these rooms are slightly narrower than usual.

In addition, a bright, separate annex on the property offers another double bed and is connected to the main house via the wooden terrace, providing extra privacy and flexibility for families or friends traveling together. Outdoor living is well catered for with a terrace that stretches to the east, south, and west, allowing you to enjoy the sun throughout the day. A charming small pavilion on the property adds to the cozy atmosphere and provides another spot to relax in the fresh air. Please note: rental is not available to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Det var en god oplevelse at bo i huset. Huset og haven er velholdt og i godt tilstand. Huset er veludstyret. Dejlig stor have med stor terrasse og plads for udeaktiviteter.
