The open kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances, including a ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge with freezer, extra freezer, and a dishwasher, allowing you to easily prepare home-cooked meals together. There are two bedrooms in the house, each furnished with a double bed, making it suitable for either couples or a small family. A climate-friendly heat pump has been installed, which ensures a pleasant indoor temperature year-round, offering both heating during cooler days and cooling during the summer months. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and sink. The living room is a cozy gathering space with free WiFi, a stereo system, and a TV that includes several German channels. In addition, a Chromecast is provided so you can stream your own favorite movies and shows directly from your tablet or smartphone.

Step outside and you will find a screened, covered terrace that invites you to relax on sunny days, enjoy leisurely barbecues, or simply unwind with a good book. The natural plot around the house provides plenty of space for outdoor play and recreation, with a football goal set up in the garden for young players.
