A terrace with an awning is an ideal spot for a BBQ with friends. This lovely property is fenced, has direct neighbors, and is just a few meters from the village of Porreres. On the ground floor, a dining room with fireplace invites to long evenings. The typical Majorcan kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas cooker. One bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds invite you to dream. A bathroom with bathtub serves the lower floor. Under the staircase is the pantry with washing machine, iron and ironing board. A staircase leads you to the first floor where you will find a large living-dining room with a piano; a nice place to relax, perhaps while watching a film on the satellite TV. Two bedrooms, both with double beds, and a bathroom with shower complete the upstairs. We can provide a cot and high chair for our youngest guests. The house offers a total of four fans and two electric radiators. Porreres is a very authentic village, surrounded by countryside and forests, which is located in the centre of the island. In the centre you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. After a family dinner in the village, you don't need to take the car as you can walk from the centre of Porreres to the house. If you like sports, the area is perfect for cycling and excursions such as a visit to the Sanctuary of Cura or a ride on horseback through Randa. Regarding the beaches, in about half an hour by car you will reach the south coast and the village of Colonia de Sant Jordi. Playa des Carbó, Sa Rapita, Es Trenc and Playa des Port are paradises with fine sand and crystal clear water. In Colonia de Sant Jordi good fish and seafood restaurants await you.
