The orange city of Valencia is worth a visit and also easily accessible, provided you have a car at your disposal. Enthusiasts can play a round of golf at the nearby golf course.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities for preparing a delicious dinner. The terrace is furnished with a beautiful outdoor kitchen and a lounge area in typical 'Ibiza style.
' The holiday home has a fenced inner garden, a veranda with comfortable seating area and air conditioning for cooling on warm summer days. A modern pellet stove provides warmth in the house during chilly winter evenings. You can buy a bag of pellets from the keyholder for an additional 10 euros.

Persoonlijke ontvangst door de gastvrouw, zij reageert snel op vragen en verzoeken.
Het huis is zeer schoon en recent gerenoveerd. Mooie keuken met veel bestek en servies, pannen, schalen en nespresso.
Bedden zijn prima, badkamer is recent verbouwd en erg prettig.
Het huis is onderverdeeld in een boven en ondergedeelte wat erg prettig is en veel privacy geeft.
Groot zwembad wat nu medio november wel fris begint te worden. Veel zitjes, bankjes etc in de zon en in de schaduw.
Het hele terrein is omgeven met heggen en schutting dus veel privacy.
Locatie ligt in de bergen/heuvels met prachtig uitzicht. Het is een veilige omgeving, auto kan gerust buiten het hek staan. Het ligt 10-15 minuten van Oliva, een klein dorp met een aantal supermarkten en restaurants. Strand is nog iets verder.
