Description

This is a modern 4-bedroom holiday home in Pradons. It offers complete privacy and tranquility and is perfect for two families. There's a supermarket, bakery and cafe within 500m of the home. The historical village of Ruoms is 2 km away. Besides the many little shops and restaurants, local treats and fresh products are also available in the market at Ruoms. Sports enthusiasts can hire a canoe in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc and venture down one of the many descents along the river. Only 2 km away is the recreation park 'Isla Cool Douce' in Chauzon, where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the region. The house is furnished with all comforts, such as an enclosed, private pool, heatable if the eater temperature is above 16 degrees, with sun loungers and covered terrace, a lovely spot to enjoy a cool glass of wine.

On the partially covered terrace next to your house there is a large barbecue and a long table for intimate summer evenings with your family. The owner lives next door.

Belle maison moderne récemment construite, avec tout le confort moderne. Literie fraîche, tout est impeccable. Le propriétaire habite à côté mais nous avons à peine vu et était très sympathique. Petite mais très propre et confortable. A visiter Ruoms, à distance de marche et très cosy, nombreux commerces et terrasses. Plus loin Balazuc, un départ de l'Ardèche, Alès, ...
