Description

This villa in Ardèche comes with 3 bedrooms and is ideal for many families travelling together or a group of 6. The property features a private swimming pool and a barbecue so that guests can holiday in style. Set in the middle of the Ardèche, close to the town of Privas (2.5 km) with nice squares, a public pool, cafes, supermarkets, and restaurants. Lake in Privas (2.5 km) can also be visited for a lovely picnic. If you are interested in water sports, then head out to Veyras (7 km) or go hiking or cycling nearby. Le Puzin and Chomérac are other nearby towns that can be visited.

The villa is on an enclosed private estate, with a roofed terrace from where the panoramic scenery can be enjoyed. This home has amenities ranging from a fireplace, a barbecue to a well-equipped kitchen, the villa offers all the required amenities for an awesome holiday. Enjoy a dip in the seasonal heated pool while watching the kids jump around in the garden. The nearest motorway is located 20 km away. Please note that from September 1 to May 15, the swimming pool is not heated.

Een geweldige vakantie gehad in deze villa! We zijn fijn opgevangen door de buurman. Het huis met fijne kamers en airco is super. Ook de tuin met prachtig uitzicht en het zwembad maakt het compleet. Kortom een échte aanrader! Wij gaan graag nog eens terug.

Had a great holiday in this villa! We were well received by the neighbor. The house with nice rooms and air conditioning is super. The garden with beautiful views and the swimming pool also make it complete. In short, highly recommended! We would like to go back again.
