Beautiful villa with swimming pool

Located on the outskirts of the village of Saint-Geniès-de-Fontedit, the house (200 m²) is equipped with plenty of privacy and a large enclosed garden (1575 m²), a covered terrace and a private pool that can be heated from May to September for an extra charge of 100 euros per stay. Saint-Geniès-de-Fontedit is a typical medieval village where elements of the past are still clearly visible. In the village you will find a bakery and a small supermarket where you can get fresh croissants in the morning. The charming village of Pézenas is about half an hour's drive away. The centre of Pézenas consists of old medieval streets with nice shops and restaurants. It is a photogenic town between Béziers and Montpellier with just over 8000 inhabitants. The city of Béziers is 17 km from Saint-Geniès-de-Fontedit and is home to plenty of nice shops.
