Stay in this amazing villa in Italy which includes a furnished private garden and parking. The area is stunningly beautiful and you can have a comfortable stay with the family.
The property is located in the Italian Fivizzano, in a beautiful area that is excellent to go for cycling and walking. You can go from cozy dinner at Panificio Senza glutinous Malatesta (10.5 km) or visit the lovely nearby coastal towns such as La Spezia and Massa.
The kitchen is fully equipped and you will have a barbecue at your disposal. The property has parking and you can relax and end the day with a snack and a drink in the furnished private garden.
The main road to get there is closed until January 2024 for works
The alternative road is also paved but more winding and lengthens the route by 30 minutes.

De tuin is heerlijk maar het huis moet echt nog verhuurklaar worden gemaakt. Er is nog veel rommel en persoonlijke bezittingen aanwezig. Daarnaast is de douche op de begane grond ronduit gevaarlijk en daardoor niet te gebruiken.
The garden is lovely, but the house really needs to be made ready for rent. There is still a lot of rubbish and personal belongings. In addition, the shower on the ground floor is downright dangerous and therefore unusable.
