A stone house in the green hills of the Apennines, 300 m above sea level. The house offers panoramic views of vineyards and olive trees. On the ground floor you will find 2 apartments, which you can rent together or separately. Each has a separate entrance, but there is also a connecting door. This is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment for 4 people: ideal for a family with children. The house is about 5 km from the town of Modigliana, with its beautiful, historic centre. Other places to visit are Tredozio, Brisighella, Faenza and Portico di Romagna. A large garden surrounds the house.
Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and prepare a delicious meal on the barbecue. The main house with vineyards and olive trees is 400 m away. It is possible to book meals here.
