Description

This 1-bedroom farmhouse in Cortona has a shared swimming pool and central heating to enjoy. It is ideal for a family of 3 to stay. You can enjoy the views of the hills in Cortona. Cortona is at 5 km to explore. There is lake Trasimeno at 20 km to enjoy a swim or fishing. You can also explore the historic cities of Tuscany and Umbria from here. The living room has a TV and a single sofa bed to lounge. A children's bed and high chair are provided for the kids. The garden with furniture is relaxing and provides an enjoyable barbecue. Parking is provided here and there is space for 1 pet at 30/Stay. Mooie kleinschalige locatie met enkele appartementen, het is zeer centraal gelegen. Leuk zwembad en het is goed verzorgd. Zwembad ligt temidden van een ruime tuin met olijfbomen. Wij hadden een mooi Toascaans appartement, ruim genoeg voor 2 personen en evt een 3e op de slaapbank indien nodig. Het complex ligt wel aan een doorgaande weg maar wij hadden daar weinig last van. Als je echt voor 100% stilte gaat, dan moet je ergens anders zijn... Wij hebben ons goed vermaakt en genoten van de omgeving met plaatsen als Cortona, Arezzo, Gubbio, Perugia, Assisi, Montepulciona, Montalcino, Meer van Trasimeno.

Beautiful small-scale location with a few apartments, it is very centrally located. Nice pool and it is well cared for. Pool is located in a spacious garden with olive trees. We had a beautiful Tuscan apartment, spacious enough for 2 people and possibly a 3rd on the sofa bed if necessary. The complex is located on a main road but we had little problems. If you really go for 100% silence, then you have to be somewhere else ... We have a good time and enjoyed the area with places like Cortona, Arezzo, Gubbio, Perugia, Assisi, Montepulciona, Montalcino, Lake Trasimeno.
