Description
This modern and comfortably furnished villa is quietly located near the medieval village of Camaiore on a beautiful garden surrounded by palm trees and Mediterranean plants. The villa has been recently refurbished. The rooms are located in the terraced house in the upper part. Thanks to its slightly elevated position, the large breakfast terrace offers a unique panoramic view of the nearby mountains. Here you can also enjoy long barbecues. The village of Camaiore attracts with its narrow streets, where you will find numerous trattorias and small shops. In just A 20-minute drive takes you to the endless white sandy beaches of the long coastline, which promise carefree days by the sea.There are numerous shops, bars and restaurants along the loose palm promenade.
Details: 1 bottle of wine on arrival WiFi Activities in the area: Marvel at the high city walls of Lucca and stroll the narrow streets many small shops. A bike ride on the high city walls is worthwhile. Then you can go around the whole city once. Also don't miss a day trip to Florence, where you can get inspired by art and culture not suitable for people with reduced mobility

een heel gezellig huisje met een mooie tuin en een spectaculair uitzicht.
Paola, de eigenares is vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het huis was super proper, maar het dubbele bed kraakt en ligt niet 100 procent comfortabel. Voor de rest, toplocatie voor een geweldige vakantie.

Prima vakantiehuis. Zeer proper en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, zeker in de keuken. Goed gasvuur en oven. Goede bedden, alleen het 2persoonsbed kraakt. Insectenhorren overal aanwezig ( behalve de deur, die kan nog wel een hor gebruiken). In de douche misten we wel een legplankje om je doucheartikelen op te leggen/ zetten. Rookmelders zijn niet aanwezig. Elke dag zijn ze er wel bezig met grasmaaiers. Dat kan wel als storend ervaren worden.

Het huisje voorziet in alles maar het kan op alle vlakken wel een stuk beter. Het moet gezegd zijn dat het sanitair er erg netjes uit ziet maar de douche is aan vervanging toe en er komt erg weinig water uit.
Keuken kan zeker een upgrade gebruiken. Bed kraakt en piept aan alle kanten.
De ligbedden buiten zijn op zich goed, aan de harde kant maar dat komt denk ik omdat ze nog redelijk nieuw zijn. De rest van het buitenmeubelair is gewoon huilen. Net als de eetstoelen binnen.
Voor de rest een oase van rust als je de geluiden van dorp om je heen een beetje kan afsluiten voor je zelf.
