Perfect for familiesit has free wifi, and swimming pool with shower, sun deck, umbrellas and sun beds to enjoy the sun. Located in the hills amid meadows, farmland and forests, it is an ideal location to visit the art cities in Tuscany and Umbria. You can explore Cortona, Arezzo, Perugia, Montepulciano, Siena, Montalcino and Assisi in a short drive. The Palazzo Tommasi at 750 m, Parterre at 1.8 km and Porta Montanina at 3 km are great places for sight seeing. There is a tennis court at 20 km and golf course at 30 km. Restaurants can be found in 2 km.

General supplies is at 11 km. Cortona town center and Firenze town center are 20 kmand 130 km away respectively. The interiors are nicely furnished in typical Tuscan style and there is a fireplace in the living room for cozy evenings. The barbecue is enjoyable as well. Parking is free here. Arezzo airport is 26.7 km away .

Hele mooie en rustige omgeving, jammer genoeg afgelegen. Reken op zeker 40 minuten naar Cortona. Laatste kilometers naar het huis grintweg. Spanning schommelt op het platteland tussen 190-230V, opladen van een EV kan maar beperkt tot 7 Ampere. Stopcontact vlot bereikbaar aan het zwembad.

Very nice and quiet area, unfortunately secluded. Count on at least 40 minutes to Cortona. Last kilometers to the house grintweg.Spanning rocks in the countryside between 190-230V, charging an EV can be limited to 7 Amps. Socket easily accessible to the pool.
