This holiday home is a beautiful apartment with 1 bedroom to accomodate 4 guests comfortably. Located in Liguria, it is perfect for families andcomes with free wifi and lovely garden to enjoy the countryside. Nearby medieval towns including the historical centre of Ventimiglia, Dolceaqua and its castle and the artist's city of old Bussana are perfect for history buffs to explore. The beautiful beaches like Balzi Rossi, Calandra and Plage Mala in the pine groves are great to spend time in tranquility.Other attractions to visit include Sanremo, Bordighera, Menton, Beaulieu, Eze, Roquebrune, Nice, Cannes with its film festival, Montecarlo , Superphoenix park , Monaco aquarium , casino in Menton and the Hambury Botanical Garden. Sea is at 7 km. Restaurants, general supplies and town center are at 4 km. The living room is cozy and the barbecue is relaxing as well.

You can park on the premises. Conditioning air is not present, but the big wall and the garden keep the house fresh during summertime. The tap water is perfectly drinkable. Note: The owner of the house will be present to greet you. Also, a car is necessary to reach the house. Plastic, glass and paper collected during your stay can be placed in the specific bin on the road. Stairs on the garden can be difficult for people with mobility problem. The nearest Nizza Airport is at 54.5 km.
