This small complex is nestled in a large garden, just 150 meters from the sea, on the edge of a nature reserve, and offers unique panoramic views of the Belice River Valley. The sandy beach is reached via a short path through a pine forest. There is a marina in the center of the village. The archaeological park, 1.2 km away, is worth a visit. This vast archaeological site with its temple ruins is one of Sicily's highlights. LA VECCHIA MARINA is a 30 sq m studio apartment on the mezzanine floor with a double and single bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. It is equipped with air conditioning, a TV, and Wi-Fi.

It has a private entrance. The veranda, surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden, overlooks the entire Belice Valley Reserve and the stunning Selinunte coast, famous for its golden sandy beaches and crystal-clear sea. The shared garden includes a terrace with two barbecues and a dining area, a solarium, an outdoor shower, a laundry area, and a covered parking space. The apartment is 200 meters from La Pineta beach and 1.5 km from Europe's largest archaeological park. Details: WiFi, energy costs based on consumption, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning.
