Description

Your beautiful new villa is luxuriously furnished and offers space for 8 people with its 4 bedrooms. The center of De Koog is 3 km away. Located on the edge of the forest, your holiday home is an ideal base for exploring the beautiful island of Texel. The living/ dining room has a wood-burning stove and through the sliding doors you reach your private terrace with garden furniture. South-facing location. The garden offers enough space for the children to play. The kitchen has all the comfort you need. Bedroom number 1 with 2 single beds and bathroom is located on the ground floor, the other 3 bedroom with 2 single beds each can be found on the 1st floor with a bathroom and a wonderful sauna.

The island of Texel is known for its good cycling and hiking trails. We can really recommend renting a bicycle. All sights, activities and villages with terraces and shops are a short distance from each other. For the kids, the swimming paradise Calluna and Ecomare with its seals is a popular excursion. Green, tranquillity and space on the beautiful island of Texel! Details: - You can Park 2 cars next to your home. Charging stations for electric cars are also available on the general parking lot - 1 dog is allowed (no other pets) - Enclosed / fenced garden with a garden shed. - Cot (9.50 euros per stay), playpen (9.50 euros per stay) and high chair (9.50 euros per stay) for rent locally at the reception. -Bicycle rental possible at the reception (if available)
