Rural holiday home with an outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and all the necessary comforts. This holiday home in Zuidzande offers exceptional comfort and space with six bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for large families or groups. The open-plan living areas feature two fully equipped kitchens with modern appliances, including ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, and coffee makers. Relax by the fireplace or unwind in the paid sauna. Central heating ensures a cozy atmosphere year-round. Outside, you can enjoy the garden with an outdoor swimming pool (only in the summer months), garden furniture, and a charcoal barbecue, or play a friendly game on the private grass tennis court (only in dry weather during July and August). Convenience is paramount with two washing machines, two dryers, and ample parking.
Nearby attractions and activities: Just 5 km from the coast, you can easily spend days exploring Zeeland's beautiful beaches and bays.
The restorative seaside resort of Cadzand-Bad boasts some of the most beautiful (and cleanest) beaches in the Netherlands, also known for their fossilized shark teeth. The charming town of Sluis is nearby (8 km) for shops, culture, historic streets, and boutiques. The historic Belgian cities of Bruges and Ghent, as well as the fashionable city of Knokke, are also a short distance away.

Das Ferienhaus hat eine gute Aufteilung und Platz für die ganze Familie. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und die Ausstattung vollkommen ausreichend. Auf dem Außengelände findet man einen Pool, einen Kinderfuhrpark und einen Spielplatz. Die Lage ist ideal für Gruppen, die ihre Ruhe haben möchten. Der Vermieter ist erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung bietet in 10 bis 20 Minuten Fahrt verschiedene Supermärkte, Essensmöglichkeiten, Ausflugsziele und Strandnähe.

We hebben een fantasties 60 jarig huwelijk gevierd met 14 personen, heel attent dat er een fles prosecco voor ons klaarstond op de reeds klaargezette tafel voor 14 personen, het zijn 2 ruimtes voor 8 personen naast elkaar met elk een aparte opgang , de leefruimtes zijn zeer ruim en geschikt voor 16 personen , goed uitgerust met fraaie keuken met alles erop en eraan! Ook de bedden en badkamers zijn top! Buiten prachtig uitzicht, met voor de kinderen trampoline, skelters, schommels, glijbaan. Dit huis is een topper !! Bedankt voor de gastvrijheid !
