Description

This beautiful farmhouse on the border with Germany features a comfortable interior, plenty of space and recreation for all ages. It is ideal for unforgettable group holidays! Take a nice cycling or walking tour through the Achterhoek and visit authentic border villages such as Megchelen and Netterden. In the nearby German town of Emmerich, you will find shops, supermarkets and restaurants for a delicious dinner. Dutch cities such as Arnhem, Enschede and Doetinchem are easily accessible by car. The child-friendly holiday home is equipped with a volleyball court and a trampoline. While the children can lose their energy, you can relax with a good book in the garden. Parking is available at the property and the spacious kitchen allows you to prepare delicious dishes. In the months of July, August and September of the year 2022, the house will only be rented out on weekends, for a maximum of 10 people, due to a renovation.

Wir haben das Haus als Gruppe mit 11 Männern gemietet um ein Wochenende gemeinsam zu verbringen. Das Haus ist in einem frisch renoviertem Zustand. Alle Zimmer sind ausreichend komfortabel eingerichtet und es mangelt an nichts. Besonders der Außenbereich mit Beachvolleyball-Feld, Hottub und der überdachte und verglaste Wintergarten waren super. Im Wintergarten gibt es einen kleinen Holzofen, der bei Kalten Temperaturen mit Sicherheit für angenehme Wärme im Lounge-Bereich sorgt, sowie eine kleine Theke mit Spüle und einem großen Kühlschrank. Auch der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sowohl im Vorfeld, als auch vor Ort war er jederzeit über Whatsapp erreichbar für Fragen und kam bei Problemen innerhalb der nächsten paar Minuten sofort vorbei. Alles in allem Top!

We rented the house as a group of 11 men to spend a weekend together. The house is in a newly renovated condition. All rooms are sufficiently comfortably furnished and nothing is missing. Especially the outdoor area with beach volleyball court, hot tub and the covered and glazed winter garden were great. In the conservatory there is a small wood stove which is sure to keep the lounge area warm when it's cold, as well as a small counter with a sink and a large fridge. The owner was also very friendly and helpful. Both in advance and on site, he was always available via Whatsapp for questions and came by immediately if there were problems within the next few minutes. All in all great!
