Description

Luxurious 16-person holiday villa with swimming pool, sauna, playing field plus trampoline, play/TV room, pool house, lounge sets and outdoor kitchen with BBQ. Only 500 meters from the beach is the luxurious 16-person wellness holiday villa with its own gate to the driveway for three or four cars, surrounded by a garden with a private swimming pool on no less than 1510m2. The atmosphere makes this group accommodation feel like a family home. Pool villa Zilt&Zoet Ouddorp has 7 bedrooms, 4 showers and 4 separate toilets. On the outside terrace of the beach house there is a spacious lounge set with parasol and a dining table with 8 adjustable chairs and 8 sunbeds. The floodlit pool is 10 x 4 meters and heated by a solar panel deck. The pool house is equipped with a comfortable dining area, an outdoor kitchen with refrigerator and dishwasher, a Weber gas BBQ, a kettle, a Nespresso machine with a frother for milk which, in addition to frothed milk, also heats milk for hot chocolate. A shower and separate toilet have been realized on the side of the pool house for your convenience.

The adjacent covered lounge set, like the pool house, is equipped with mood lighting and patio heaters. Rain or shine, this is a great place to spend wonderful days together. The children can enjoy themselves outside all day long by swimming, playing football or hockey on the football court with artificial grass, jumping on the XL trampoline, or playing on the tumble rack or with the tennis pole. If you walk down the outside stairs from the terrace, you will reach the sauna. At the end of the hallway is the cozy playroom with XXL sofa and flat screen TV with Blu-ray DVD player, a cupboard full of games and DVDs and a football table. Both TVs support Netflix, so you can watch movies and series of your choice with your own account. Enjoy the spacious house with a lovely bright living room with XXL sofas, electric fireplace with a flat screen TV above and a long dining table with 16 comfortable chairs. Please note: The swimming pool is open from Easter to the autumn holidays.
