Description

With a view of the beautiful ancient corn mill d'Arke from 1860, which is even illuminated for a few hours at night, you will experience an attractive part of Zeeland in this holiday home. The house is located directly at the foot of the mill where you can enjoy the traditional and sustainable delicacies that are baked in this mill. This holiday home with a rural nostalgic appearance has a rural but also sturdy industrial interior and is completely on the ground floor. Through the front of the house you step directly into the living room and you will find a cozy sitting area near the television. The window, with attractive stained glass, offers a view of the garden and the street at the front. The kitchen is fully equipped, with the help of the BORA induction hob, combination microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and Nespresso or filter coffee machine you can also put a delicious meal on the table in your holiday home at any time of the day. A cozy sitting area at the bar has been created at the robust wooden kitchen that can accommodate 2 people. Through the door next to the kitchen you enter the attractive bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) with two single mattresses, bedside tables and lighting.

The high window provides a special view of the mill. Adjacent you will find the bathroom that can be closed with a sliding door. The bathroom has a shower cabin with rain shower and separate hand shower, bathroom furniture, hair dryer and 2 towel racks. The toilet is outside the bathroom. The lovely south-facing garden at the front is a wonderful place where you can enjoy the sun all year round. The garden is furnished with both a terrace and grass and the careful choice of plants ensures a playful and varied look throughout the year. In front of the house is a cozy bench with bistro table, in addition there is also a garden set with 4 chairs, a sun lounger and a parasol. Unfortunately, there are no facilities in this accommodation for small children, and pets are not allowed. Parking is free of charge in front of the accommodation, in the street and in a nearby public car park for a fee.

Het huisje is voor ons 100% meegevallen , het is nog heel nieuw en volledig in orde , alles is er aanwezig. Alleen om de deur te openen heb je je gsm nodig en dat werkte in het begin niet goed omdat de omschrijving niet klopte. Toen hebben de zeer lieve eigenaars ons geholpen. Het huisje ligt aan een werkende molen en de eigenaars bakken ook heel lekker brood van het meel van de molen.

The cottage is 100% better than expected for us, it is still very new and fully in order, everything is there. You only need your mobile phone to open the door and that did not work well in the beginning because the description was incorrect. Then the very sweet owners helped us. The cottage is located on a working mill and the owners also bake very tasty bread from the flour of the mill.
