Comfortable holiday home close to the beach and lots of privacy

Two smaller bedrooms each have two 80 x 200 cm beds and additional smart TVs for Netflix playback. The main bedroom has two 90 x 200 cm beds and a dedicated work table, where you can connect your laptop directly to the existing screen Between the bedrooms there is an extra toilet with sink. The garden is accessible from the living room through two sets of French doors, the garden offers a lot of privacy due to the fence with a high hedge or fence. There is enough space to both enjoy the sun and find a shady spot. There is a southern sun terrace with 2 sun beds and a large awning and there is a seating area on the east side with a large canopy of clear glass and additional lighting for cozy evenings, you can enjoy barbecue dishes just as well as at the picnic table on the south side. There is parking for 2 cars in front of the house. If your party is not related, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed at this property. The house can also be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes only.
