This is the biggest of the two floating holiday cottages that are rented out in Norway (the other is 38507), where 75 m² of the total 205 m² is living space. Finally you can live on the water and in a cottage at the same time. The house is anchored up and sits completely still in a large bay, protected against stormy weather. Its heavy weight makes sure it sits safely on the large floats. The unique triangular construction gives it stability. The cottage has 1 floor and is spacious both inside and outside. A few strokes of an oar away, with one of the two boats that are included with the cottage, you have a space on dry land for barbecuing, swimming and outdoor games like badminton and croquet. The cottage has a 130 m² open and covered terrace, divided between three verandas on each corner and connected with covered walkways.
The cottage is environmentally friendly with no encroachments in nature. The bathroom has its own outdoor exit. The kitchen is functional and the stove runs on gas. The heat pump can be used as air condition in summer. The living room is elegantly furnished with large glass surfaces, and a gas fire place for cool days. There are spotlights that lights up the sea beneath the cottage. Access to washing machine on land. Jump in the water directly from the terrace (a ladder for getting back up) or swim in the shallow waters near land, 50 meters away. 3 crab traps, 1 fish net and 4 bicycles are at your disposal. Canoes for 2 and 3 people are shared with the other cottage. The motorboat is a very steady catamaran with room for 8 people. Life jackets are included. Good fishing conditions all year around in closed or open water. A private fish cleaning table is at your disposal. No letting to sport fisher groups. The owner of the boats demands when using his boats every guests needs to use a life jacket, and if any of the jackets is not suitable for any reasons, the guests need to carry their own life jackets.
