There is deer in the area and eagle can be seen from the house. There is also a dovecote on the property and some rabbits in a large cage. The sheltered waters here are perfect for fishing whatever the weather. The boats can be found by the fjord 350 metres from the house, parking where the boats are located. Rent a 19 ft Macomarine aluminium boat with 60 hp Yamaha 4-stroke motor and chartplotter GPS/sonar/chartpotter, 8 rod holders, and a 17 ft Frigg with 15 hp Yamaha 4-stroke motor with sonar and 4 rod holders, and a 14 ft boat with 10 hp motor. Because the 19 ft boat is deep you can borrow a 14 ft boat to row out to the boat. Life jackets included. Down by the fjord there is a covered fish cleaning table with running water and lights, and a small room for fishing equipment.
