Upstairs, in the attic, there's a fourth bedroom with its own bathroom. The property is equipped with a washing machine (use for an additional fee of €50/week). There are two large terraces with lounge furniture. There are barbecue facilities and secure parking. Wireless internet is available. NOTE: The hosts strictly refuse to accommodate groups of youth, students, etc. A quiet nighttime curfew is in effect between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity and water consumption, internet, parking, and final cleaning. The location allows for quick access to the seaside beach. Poland's longest bike path (R-10) is just 100 meters from the apartment complex, making it easy and enjoyable to cycle to the neighboring resorts of Kolobrzeg, Dzwirzyno, Sianozety, and Ustronie Morskie.
