Holiday cottage located right down to the Little Belt in the charming and picturesque fishing village Årøsund with cosy, maritime atmosphere. The house is located next to houses 67678 and 78277 in an environment that invites you to a recreational and relaxing holiday with plenty of fresh air in all seasons. From the terrace and the house you have a beautiful panoramic view of Årøsund. A private path leads to the beach. The house was renovated in 2017 with new floors, fresh painting and a new terrace. The house has comfortable, modern furnishings - the perfect settings for a great holiday. On the slightly cooler days you can treat the whole family and relax in the indoor swimming environment with pool, prefilled whirlpool for 6 people, steam bath and sauna. If you want to produce gastronomic surprises, the house offers a well-equipped kitchen. There is good fishing in the area, but if a trip with the fishing gear did not provide any fish you can instead try one of the cosy restaurants with good, Danish cuisine that serve e.g. fried eel. No letting to youth groups.
