A holiday under the Spanish sun? You will experience it in the impressive Casa Leda. This newly built villa is located a stone's throw from the beach. It hides between the mountains of Xàbia, a municipality on the popular Costa Blanca.
In this peaceful environment you will immerse yourself in a world of luxury and comfort. Because in this sustainable holiday home everything is there. The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances, designer furniture shines in the living room and each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.
Outside, the fun doesn't end either. Guests enjoy the sun all day long: in the garden, on the spacious terraces and in the lovely outdoor swimming pool. Nice extras are the outdoor kitchen and the putting green.
Casa Leda offers you a formidable view over the region. Almost everywhere in and around the house you can admire the mountain El Montgó and the Mediterranean Sea. By car you can easily plan a trip to the beach or to the nearby cities of Dénia, Calpe and Valencia. If you want to stretch out on foot, explore the beautiful mapped out walking routes through the mountains. Cyclists will also enjoy this region. However, they should have a good pair of cycling legs or an electric bike at hand.

Waking up with building noises. Whole day big machine working. The local host and contact person lying all the time. Crazy woman. The house and the place beautiful…. But holiday pretty much ruined….

We deeply regret that you did not have a pleasant stay in this beautiful villa. The construction work that caused the inconvenience was temporary this summer. Although the owner has made efforts to have the work stopped, he has no control over the timing of construction work on property that is not his. The contractor has said several times that the work was done, after which it began again. It has caused frustration for all parties, because everyone wants guests to have a pleasant and relaxing stay. Once again, we regret that you have been inconvenienced by this. We have offered you a compensation which you have accepted. Currently no more work is expected to cause inconvenience.

This villa was beautiful. Unfortunately it was right next to a building development which totally ruined our holiday. You could not speak to anyone outside because of the noise and we couldn't get our 6 month granddaughter to sleep inside as it was so noisy. Dusty everywhere. Totally disappointing. Complaint submitted.

Fantastisch huis , adembenemend uitzicht . Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Vriendelijke ontvangst . Je hebt wel echt een auto nodig maar dat was bekend dus geen enkel probleem. Voldoende goede restaurants op korte ( rij) afstand . Echt een aanrader, wij komen hier zeker terug.

Villa très jolies mais finitions pas au point. Nettoyage automatique de la piscine en panne donc nous n'avons pas pu nous baigner les 4 derniers jours sur 10 jours de vacances. Eclairage extérieur en panne également donc pas moyen de rester dehors le soir. Portail électrique tombé en panne le jour du départ pour l'aéroport donc stress au max! Sinon, villa très jolie et moderne. Quartier sympa.

Als je van extreme luxe houdt dan is dit the place to be. Deze fantastische villa is van echt alle gemakken en luxe voorzien. Voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen is de villa niet helemaal geschikt vanwege de grote hoeveelheid dure en kwetsbare designspullen.
