Belvilla by OYO Amfora Miro

The villa was perfect for 9 of us (4 adults & 5 kids), great lay out and swimming pool, close to the beach & the campsite supermarket was surprisingly good. Nearby San Pere Pescador was a 5 minute drive with good shops, cafes etc. The air conditioning was brilliant throughout the villa which was very much appreciated. Sadly we were not informed that linen package, that we'd booked in advance, was to be paid for in cash and collected when the keys were collected. Having got to the villa we then had to call LYM to get them to bring linen to the house which took a couple of hours. In this day and age of credit cards and contactless payment it was very frustrating to have to pay €180 in cash & not be payable online or via a card over the phone. Also the WiFi was terrible. Considering the villa sleeps up to 9 people, we expected a router that could cope with a few devices connecting to it. One of our party had a work video call & had to cycle to another location to get good signal. The kitchen was well equipped but the crockery & cutlery was old & stained or chipped The dishwasher needs a really good clean, most of the crockery was covered in a film of salt and felt quite dirty, even though we used the hottest programme to run the dishwasher. Many of the glasses are stained beyond cleaning too A few lights didn't work or needed new bulbs - maybe they could be checked more frequently? The pool became very cloudy & dirty after 5 days but the LYM team quickly sent a pool maintenance team round to clean it which was great. All in all a good villa but could be so much better with a few improvements.

Huis is in slechte staat. Plafonds hebben schade van lekkages, douchekoppen hangen op half zeven, schimmel in de badkamers, roest op de zwembadmeubels. Maar het ergste was dat de lampen in het zwembad kortsluiting maakten en…. Dat de airco zo enorm lekte in 1 slaapkamer dat het plafond en de muur zeiknat waren met eenngeote plas op de vloer en vieze bruine strepen op de miur. Bleek dat de buizen niet aangesloten waren. We zijn zeer ontstemd dat dit huis überhaupt met deze giga lekkage verhuurd kon worden! eigenaar en beheerder geven geen enkele reactie!!! Niet huren.

House is in bad condition. Ceilings have damage from leaks, shower heads hanging at half past six, mold in the bathrooms, rust on the pool furniture. But the worst part was that the lights in the pool shorted out and…. That the air conditioning leaked so much in 1 bedroom that the ceiling and the wall were soaking wet with a nasty puddle on the floor and dirty brown stripes on the miur. Turns out the pipes weren't connected. We are very displeased that this house could be rented out at all with this huge leak! owner and manager do not give any response!!! Do not rent.

Prachtig huis met goede faciliteiten. Echter niet voor de rustzoeker. Veel lawaai ‘s avonds en ‘’s nachts van grote groepen jongeren die zich in de naast gelegen straat verzamelen om t strand op te gaan of te gaan stappen.

Beautiful house with good facilities. However, not for the peace seeker. A lot of noise in the evening and at night from large groups of young people who gather in the adjacent street to go to the beach or go out.

Das Haus und Schwimmbad hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Schöne Lage. Für Hunde passt sehr gut, darf auch zum Strand. Was hat mir nicht gefallen: das Gartenmöbel zu wenig waren und unbequeme Liegen. Ich empfehle das Haus für 2-3 Familien mit Kinder, passt sehr gut. Wenn wir wieder mit 7-8 Leute zusammen sind, gerne wieder zurück.

We really liked the house and swimming pool. Nice location. Suitable for dogs, it is also allowed to go to the beach. What I didn't like: the garden furniture was too little and uncomfortable loungers. I recommend the house for 2-3 families with children, fits very well. If we are back together with 7-8 people, gladly go back.

Aankomst was prima via de intermediair. Een rondleidinkje in het huis zou handig zijn. Je moet nu alles maar zelf uitzoeken nadat je de sleutel hebt opgehaald. Bed opmaak-service zou ook goed zijn.

Arrival was fine via the intermediary. A tour of the house would be useful. You now have to figure everything out after you have collected the key. Bed making service would also be good.

Ontvangst was prima! Hele vriendelijke meneer en alles heel duidelijk uitgelegd.

Reception was great! Very friendly gentleman and everything explained very clearly.

Sehr schönes Haus, gerade mal 2 Minuten bis zum Strand. Super Pool und wirlich freundliche Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Empfehlenswert!

De ligging van de villa ligt perfect, vlak ernaast ligt het strand en tegenover ligt de supermarkt voor lekkere broodjes. Zwembad is groter dan verwacht maar kan niet worden afgedekt waardoor er continue bladeren en vuil in komt. De villa is verder zeer gehorig, je hoort echt alles. Bedden waren zeer onconfortabel alleen de vering zat er nog in, advies om eigen kussens mee te nemen !!

The location of the villa is perfect, next to the beach and opposite the supermarket for tasty sandwiches. Swimming pool is larger than expected but can not be covered, resulting in continuous leaves and dirt. The villa is also very respectful, you really belong. Beds were very uncomfortable only the suspension was still included, advice to bring your own pillows !!

Wir sind gut dort angekommen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. In der umgebung sind auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Gern wieder

Nous aurions prefere retirer les clefs dans la maison afin qu une présentation globale du fonctionnement soit faite. Belle maison. Piscine agréable, canapé et transat dehors appréciable. Un manque en cuisine d ustensiles et de vaisselle pour 8 personnes Bols, mugs, couverts à revoir. Et l environnement très calme Barbecue dehors désuet une plancha électrique plus adéquate.

We would have preferred to remove the keys in the house so that a comprehensive presentation of the operation is made. Beautiful house. Pleasant swimming pool, sofa and sunbed outside appreciated. A lack of cooking utensils and dishes for 8 peopleBoots, mugs, cutlery to revise. And the very quiet environment Barbecue outside obsolete a more suitable electric plancha.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen. Der Campingsupermarkt ist gleich gegenüber und so kann man gemütlich kleinere Besorgungen zu Fuß betätigen.

The accommodation is very nicely located. The campsite supermarket is just opposite and so you can comfortably small errands on foot.

Een week met de familie doorgebracht. Was erg gezellig. Het huis was prima. Bedden konden beter, verder was alles naar wens.
