Modern Holiday Home with Private Terrace in Roses Spain

Heerlijk huis, midden in een wijk, met af en toe bijbehorende nachtelijke geluiden. Wel ff bijna elke ochtend de eindeloze mierenstroom opruimen. Heerlijk dicht en toch ver weg genoeg, bij het strand!

Lovely house in the middle of a neighborhood, with occasional associated nocturnal sounds. Ff almost every morning cleaning up the endless stream of ants. Wonderfully close and yet far enough away from the beach!

Het huis ligt rustig. De weg naar het strand is best steil. Het huis is comfortabel. Airco is niet echt noodzakelijk ivm rolluiken. Ook kun je alle ramen goed tegen elkaar openzetten. De patio is fijn om te eten en je hebt er een mooi uitzicht.

The house is quiet. The road to the beach is quite steep. The house is comfortable. Air conditioning is not really necessary because of shutters. Also you can open all the windows put against each other. The patio is nice to eat and you have a nice view.

Nice house, big veranda and living. Hardly fresh air in one of the small bedrooms. Very basic, no cosy lightning, no sunbeds, no parasol, no water cooker, sliding door hard to close. Kitchen was not clean. Costs a lot of extra’s, end cleaning, airco/day (necessary in the summer), Wifi/day, sheet en towel/pp. Total extra , nearly 20% of the rent. On top of these they asked guarantee (borg). The location to get and return the key and money is in a busy street without house number in another city. So we think it is a nice house, basic facilities and lousy rental organization.

Goed gelegen villa, kort bij het centrum van de stad en de zee. mooi uitzicht over Roses, daar het tegen de bergflank gelegen is. .

Leuk huis, prima plek, schoon, mooie omgeving om uitstapjes te maken. Bij het sleuteladres is altijd iemand die Nederlands spreekt. Naast een wasmachine ook een afwasmachine!! Huis staat vrij, geen last van buren. Airco is aanwezig, hier moet je extra voor betalen, echter niet nodig, huisje is goed koel te houden. Zeer tevreden over!!!

Nice house, great location, clean, nice area for excursions. When the key address is always someone who speaks Dutch. Besides a washing machine a dishwasher! House is free, no problems with neighbors. Air conditioning is available, here you have to pay extra for, but not required, cottage is well cool. Very satisfied!

THIS HOUSE IS EXCELLENT GELEGEN.DE GOES AWAY AT THE END OR SIGNIFICANTLY uphill BUT WITH THE CAR NOT PROBLEEM.ALLES INSIDE THE HOUSE IS PROPER AND WELL FENCED. PERFECT FOR A PET TO BE NEMEN.WIJ HAVE 2 WEEKS TO OUR EXCELLENT SENSE AND HAD THEREFORE WE WILL NOT THROUGH FAILURE TO RETURN TO eurorelais BOEKEN.GROETEN PAUL Backx
